How Long Does Duralast Take To Treat Premenstrual Syndrome?

i am suffering from p.m
I read somewhere that duralast 30 mg would help me.
my normal bloodpressure is 100/60 and sugar levels are normal.I have no other medical problem.I just wanted to know the following.
a. how long should the same be taken.Regularly or just when one wants to have sex?
b. is it necessary to have sex after taking it?.
c. does it cause erection problems.
d.what are the side effects and long term gains and long term effects.
e. I took it twice so far on alternate days but i felt gartric problem -is it normal. inspite of taking it i could not last enough to please my partner.what should i do.
f. my age is 39 weight 68 .so far never been able to bring wife to orgasm by intercourse.
