How Long Does One Stay Unconscious After Heart Attack And Experiencing Hiccups?
Hi, My dad had a heart attack 4 days ago and has been unconscious since then, today his chest was jumping every minute or so, the nurse said he had hiccups, is this a good sign or something to worry about? Also how long does someone stay unconscious for following a heart attack?

It seems that your dad has a stroke with his heart attack ,, some times hiccups happening but there are alot of causes that makes chest rising rapidly ,, should be assesed by a doctor . Staying unconscious after the stroke depending on size & the area affected in brain .
