I PULLED A MUSCLE IN MY KNEE WHILE WALKING ABOUT 3 WKS AGO. i VE DONE ALL THAT IS RECOMMENDED. BUT STILL WRAP IT 7 USE A CANE TO KEEP WAIGHT OFF IT. ABOUT HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE IT TO HEAL SO i CAN WALK ON IT WITHOUT REINGURING IT? I have read all the term . I did not find any thing that saidd I would b charged for rhis information.so I accept ans I amam sending this.... Sonja....

try unwrapping and not using the cane
see if you are comfortable
if not wrap it again and use the cane.

muscle and ligament injuries take a while to heal and some soreness remains for a very long time there can be no time frame given to it
usually you should have healed enough by now so giving it a try is not a bad idea
