Hello,

Stage 4 melanoma having the worst prognosis. And since it is already spread to lungs, liver, and stomach, the survival rate is further reduced. The doctors are giving palliative treatment, this also suggests that the patient is in the terminal stage. According to my life expectancy, in this case, it is less than six months.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Kaushal Bhavsar
