How Long Should Roseday F10 Be Taken To Bring Lipid Levels To Normal?

Hello Sir I am Mukesh , my age is 45, Lipid is Chol2-253,HDL 59,LDL 182 ,TG 286 & Glucose144 F .My doctor adviced me Roseday 10 but some suggested me take Roadeday F10. Is this medication proper to control overall lipid and howlong should I take this medicine for normal lipid

Hi, thank you for posting.

Roseday F10 is a medicine that takes part in Statin medical group, and it is used for lowering cholesterol level.
Roseday F10 has side effects, in general it causes affects in liver. For this reason this medicine is used only for 3 months, and then you need a another Lipid test to see its result.

While you are taking Roseday F10 you should change your lifestyle by:
1- Doing physical exercises, because they help in calorie burning.
2- Eliminating foods that contain high amount of cholesterol like: egg yolk, animal fat and butter.
3- Controling glycemic(glucose) level, by reducing the amount of carbohydrates in your diet.
