How Long Should One Use Mometasone And Melgain For White Spots On Lips?
I have some white spot in my upper and lower lip from last 2 years. I have cosulted with doctor and he prescribed me to use momentasone cream and melgain lotion for last one and half month but I am not getting positive result. What I shall do now? Kindly suggest me. How long I shall use theae drug?
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have white spots on upper and lower lip and you are taking Mometasone and Melgain for them since one and half month which is a short duration to give positive results. You should continue this cream with proper prescription. This cream is not applied during the day under sunlight and should be very cautiously as it is a very strong medicine that increases the skin's sensitivity to sunlight. It can cause sun burns as well if not properly used. Keep applying petroleum jelly on lips. Drink plenty of water to maintain hydration. Visit dermatologist once if symptoms keeps on persisting and get it examined again.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
