Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

This is likely from a difficult vaginal delivery and nothing to be worried about. The healing is quick and fast in new-borns and is completed in 6-8 weeks. Even after healing, the radiological appearance will take more time to get normalized.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam T. K., Pediatrician
