i'm 48year old male that sustained a 20% compression fracture of L3 ( anterior more to left side) - came down hard and skew on horse saddle after a jump. im 7 week in recovery and its going better. cycling is my sport and were really fit before injury. saw neoro srgeoen had mr and ct scans. going for phisio this week ( specialist did not indicate when i should see phisio)
when can i start walking for exercise, how long will it take to heal, will i be able to ride bike again? - can i start on stationary bike in 3months?
would reaaly like to strenghen core to help recover and prevent future injuries. how important indecent foam mattress
