How Long Will The Pain Last After Taking Medicine For Abortion?
question for gynecologist Zitotec 200 mg 2 tablets taken in the morning and after that little bit bleeding is there and pain is bit severe..gynec has asked to take 2 tablets after 6 hours so is there any risk in taking this medicine ? and for how many hours pain will be there ?

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
There is no risk in taking zytotec provided you had no previous surgery on the uterus like a C-section or myomectomy. In the above cases there is a slight risk of ruptured uterus but not otherwise. The pain will last till the products of conception are expelled out. But for pain relief, you can always take tab meftal spas 1 tab maximum up to 3 times a day and give hot compressions.
