How Many Days Should I Give Pentrexyl To Child Having Respiratory Infection?

I am giving my 11 year old (85 lb) child an antibiotic (Pentrexyl 250 mg capsules) for upper respiratory infection. I am confused as to the dosis. How often so I give him the capsule and for how many days? I hope you can help me. Thank you in advance.

For her weight you can give 250 mg capsules two capsules, three times a day, that is a total 6 capsules per day.
