How Many Tampons Are Used In A Day During A Normal Period ?
hi i seem to be having an unusually heavy menstral cycle and im not sure if that is still in a normal range could you please tell me what the norm is for filling a tampon and when it is too much?

This is a subjective decision as you may feel uncomfortable with even moderate amount of bleeding. Better do as you feel comfortable but a word of caution is that tampons can be very dangerous if left in for long time can cause Toxic shock syndrome severe infection. If sanitary pads are getting soaked you can use tampon. I would advise you to consult a Gynaecologist your heavy cycles and get the cause treated and make you comfortable.
