hello doc! how many weeks do a woman delayed in her menstruation before her pregnancy test will be considered valid? I've been delayed for almost 2 weeks and when i do a pregnancy test its negative. Is it valid? thanks. I'm 40 yrs old, 5'3 in height and 130 lbs.

mostly pregnancy test is positive on missing 2days to 1 week in patients with regular cycles.
but as its been 2 weeks already and upt is negative, you should visit your gynecologist for examination
