As for as your weight is cocerned it is too high . Normal weight should be between 52-53 to 68-70 for a healthy person of your height.
To remain in perfact health ,You need to know how many calories you should eat on a daily basis. To calculate this, you need to know the number of calories you burn each day while resting and during physical activity .
You simply need to monitor your daily food and drink intake closely .
Follow formula for calories intake , if you are male:
(10 × weight in kilograms) + (6.25 × height in centimeters) - (5 × age in years) + 5.= calories
Your Diet should include carb- fiber 45-65 % , fatty foods 20 - 35 % ,protiens 10 - 35 % and sufficient amount of liquids and
antioxidants to washoff toxins from body along with regular proper work outs .
If you contro your weight , 80 % of your problem are solved .
