i had two mini strokes last wek and still feel very weak and rough and have a headache that seems to be there all the time. i,m due to go back to work next week. how long is required for time off after having a mini stroke?? i am 41 and over weight i do not drink or smoke

Time for recovery from mini stroke is completely on how much your body is affected. When you feel you are fit and active and ready to start your job I suggest you can start. At the same time for even minor stroke I suggest my patient to take rest for 7 to 10 days. Keep checking your blood pressure regularly and do regular exercise like walking and cycling etc. For you I suggest as you have told you are over weight do check your cholesterol and control on your diet have healthy things and control your weight to. Take care
