How Safe Is Novamax P-125 Drops For An Infant Cold?

Hi My Baby 7 months old he got a fever 3days back and got recovered from fever in 2days with Paracetomol 250MG but now he is struggling with Cold(with runny nose) and cough currently am using Novamax P-125 Drops 5ML 3 times a day.Kindly advice for cold and cough relief

Hi,

If you have started antibiotic novamox already so you can continue it to complete the course but it can be likely viral, and same paracetamol alongside anti histamines like cetirizine can be used after pediatrician review. Meanwhile steam inhalations and monteleukast sachet may be helpful.
