Pediatrician, Pulmonology 's  Response
Hello,

Usually, low blood sugar is more dangerous than high blood sugar. In kids usually due to their playfulness and activities even value of 250 is acceptable and we should not aim at stringent blood sugar control because that can lead to hypoglycemia or low blood sugar.

So based on this concept I suggest you adjust the insulin dosage in consultation with her pediatrician.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
