How Safe Is Taking Creatine Nitrate Supplement?

I took 70mg vyvance for two days in a row for finals, I noticed the first night around my heart was pumping pretty hard. I will not be taking it anymore. The question is how long should I wait before I start taking a creatine nitrate supplement, and a preworkout. Thank you in advance
