Hello, I am a soon to be 38 year old male on testosterone replacement therapy. I have been a juvenile diabetic since 15 and have had a lumbar lamenectimoy at L5/S1 at 34 years of age. I have nerve damage to both sciatic nerves and as a result, I take about 1/2 a mg per day of Suboxone and about 3.2-4 grams per day of Gabapentin and about 15 units of HcG. Why does Test Cypionate(1ML per week) seem ineffective? I am still a coach potato and have a puffy face....doctor prescribed Arimidex, but I take a natural supplement instead called Formadex! Also, I am 6 ft in height.
hi. Consider other reasons for symptoms attributable to low testosterone, like fatigue, low sex drive, and others. The problem may really be lack of a balanced, nutritious diet, regular exercise, and good sleep; depression; or relationship issues. Get an accurate measure of testosterone. This hormone should be measured between 7 am and 10 am, when it’s at its peak. Confirm a low reading with a second test on a different day. Consider getting a second opinion from an endocrinologist. Men at high risk should approach testosterone therapy with extra caution. This includes men at high risk for prostate cancer; those with severe urinary symptoms from prostate enlargement; heart attack survivors; and those diagnosed with heart disease or multiple risk factors for it. thank you...
