How Safe Is To Take Corex Dx, Azee And Ambrolite Together?

My son is 2.5 years old.. He s got cold & cough n has chest congestion with fever that occurs every 8 hrs. I am giving him Azee 100 (5ml once a day) , corex dx (5 ml in the night), amroidl S (3.5 ml twice a day). His weight is 13.2 kgs. Is giving so many medicines safe?

your medicine consist of antibiotic, antihistaminic, and expectorant.
all of which is essential to combat the cough along with cold.
need not worry, as these medicines are commonly used in children.
however giving the appropriate dose as said by your physician, is necessary.
