How Safe Is Using Mifeprin For Abortion ?

I have taken one mifeprin at 3 pm after that I had huge vomiting starts at 6 pm for which I couldn t have another one, next day I got period and had zitotec (2 one at 9 am another at 3 pm)is one mifeprin enough for abortion?from the 3 rd day I am having no bleeding atall.is abortion done please suggest, if any blood clot without usg is there will be any other symptom.

As per the advised dosage 1 tablet may not be enough to stimulate adequate contraction of the uterus to result in abortion. But rarely, in some women, this can result in an abortion. But mostly this dosage will not suffice.
