Sir, Iam Dinesh age 33. Recently I had lower back pain ,went to Doctor ,he suggested MRI scan. The scan revealed disc dehydration with posterior annular tear with posterocentral disc protrusion minimally compressing anterior thecal sac seen at L5-S1 level. Sir please answer me how serious is this and what options I have to treat this.

If sign & symptoms of nerve compression are increasing one should consider for surgical intervention.other wise conservative management is sufficient.
