How Severe Is The Condition Having Partially Separated Ossicle Within The Intercondylar Portion Of The Knee?

hi my name is jody and i just got these results back from xray on right knee i seeing the knee surgon on 31st this month but want a few answers now A 5mm at least partially seperate ossicle is present within the intercondylar portion of the knee , anterior to the medial tibial spine and there is a futher 2mm density projected on the AP view over the lateral articular margin of the medial fermoral condyle

that ossicle might be a loose body a part of bone formed in cases of osteoarthritis
it may be removed with an arthroscopic (key hole) surgery.
