I have studied your case and i can understand your agony. There are two type pf solution available. 1. Arthroscopy ankle debriement- in which through a key hole surgery debridement of tissue can be done. it is a good procedure as there is no need of bed rest or big surgical incision. 2. Other procedure is ankle replacement in which ankle cartilage is replaced by metal surface. You can meet with a podiatrist and discuss both option and select best treatment with him. I hope you will be pain free.
