How Should Chronic Cough With HSD And COPD Be Treated?
My mom hsd copd and doctors do not know what to do about cronic cough. She needs cataract operation. First attempt resulted in a cough episode and doctor canceled operation after being prep. I get the bounced like a ping pong her eye doctor tells me ask her general dr. and the general says I have done all I can do. Suggestions please.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is cough symptom then cataract operation may not be possible and for that cough need to be control first, if I would be her doctor then I would treat her cough with Tab Loratidine three times in day with dextromethorphan either in tablet form or in cough drops, three times in day her plasma glucose need to be tested, hope this information helps.
