Hi, Welcome to HCM,

Your poor erection is may be due to low Serum Testosterone, check early morning fasting Serum Testosterone. If it is low meet the Dr and get Testosterone replacement it will restore your sexual life. Recording Child problem it is very difficult or immpossible, Bocz, Your Undescended testes was corrected very late, (22 yr old) at this time it completely looses its sperm production capability. Your 2 nd Testis is the only source for your Testosterone, getting old will reduces its production capacity, due to this reason now you are getting Erection problem. Transplant of Testes medically not possible.
Hope you got the Answers.
