How Should Plaque In Coronary Artery Be Managed?

I was diagnosed with a small piece of plaque, described as an 8 in 1-100 scale, in my coronary artery (he used the term "widow maker"). Is it possible to eliminate this with diet, exercise, medicine, etc....How do I manage this plaque? Also, this is the only plaque found! No family history
