How The Muscles Sore Can Be Treated?
My muscles are sore in my chest, shoulders, armpits, back, and down my arms. I have had pain in my elbows down to my hand. The aches and pains in my chest area seem to be relieved by rubbing, so I don't think that is' heart related, but all of the muscles are very sore to the touch.
