Hi,

Start taking folic acid 5 mg both you and your wife and approach a Reproductive medicine consultant. With both tubes okay, intrauterine insemination is the treatment of choice. IUI. Apart from approaching a consultant try having intercourse once a day or once in two says avoiding the days she has her menstrual flow.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Jasmine Jagan, General & Family Physician
