Since you have not given any medical history such as your symptoms etc , I can only glean the following information from your laboratory report. The report given above says that your serum is positive for HB e antigen which means that your serum is potentially infectious with a high risk of transmission. It also says positive for Hepatitis C. The first two tests called AST and ALT are liver enzymes which are within reference range here. The other test called Gamma GT is also a liver enzyme which is slightly above range here. The test results suggest a possible risk of transmission of Hepatitis B & C viruses. VACCINATION offers protection against Hepatitis B only and not against Hepatitis C. Please discuss this issue with your health care provider as early as possible because there is a significant risk of transmission to your partner. You may also have to do some follow up tests to monitor the progress of this infection. Hepatitis B & C are transmitted through blood/ blood products & bodily fluids.
