I had 5 bone spurs and had 2 or 3 disc replaced with cadaver disc a year and half ago. Now I am in pain again and am having panic attacks what should i do? I had spinal fusion then. I have nerve damage on the right side of my face, entire right arm, neck and upper spine. I am 42 years old, have fibromyalgia,and if I walk up the stairs I have shortness of breath and muscles tighten up and I get in so much pain that I panic. I can't live like this the rest of my life.
