sir , my wife's periods happened march 19th , today is 30 april but too she not had periods , i agree that we had sex without condom ,i dont want baby now . what to do if she pregnant ?? what to do to periods to come however ?? any abortion pills are there in early days of pregnancy ?? please tell me

hi,first you must confirm pregnancy with the help of a commercially available upt kit.if negative give her tab devery 10 mg twice a day for 5 days and she ll get her withdrawl bleeding in a weeks time.if upt is positive after doing an ultrasound to confirm whether its intrauterine or extaruterine pregnancy.if intrauterine pregnancy of less than 8 weeks give her tab mifepristone 200 mg stat and tab misoprostol 800 mg after 48 hours.take care all the best.
