I would like to know how to go about taking my meds so that I don't feel so tired all day everyday.
I am on Lexapro 10mg 1x daily
Ativan .5mg up to 3x's daily
Lamictal 200mg 1 x daily
Ambien 10mg 1x daily
I usually take the lexapro and ativan in the morning
and the Lamictal and Ambein at bedtime.
Should I change the times I should take these meds?

Hi
Ativan is a benzodiazepines used to treat Anxiety disorders . It causes cause drowsiness which may feel like Tiredness or weakness . SO consult your doctor so that atleast morning dose of Ativan can be taken off .
The same holds good for Lexapro . I advise you take Lexapro in the night .
