hai doctor i am 30 yrs old married women . i got married in the year 2006. i have irregular periods and pcos.i have not tried for children yet but this month i started my ovulation study and on day 14 my right ovary follicle size was 12*11 and left 10*10 and ET 7mm.i would like to know what should be the size of follicle for ovulation and how to find my ovulation time
