i have 2 consecutive missed abortion last year i have 3 mm endometrium thickness on 3rd day of periods my investigation is TB IgM positive 1.16 i m 27 years old and 44 kg, height is 5.2 what can be the next step for getting the baby and cai i became pregnant naturally without having any treatment what can i do?

Medical fitness is must for conception if you have some disease then it is advisable medically that you need to treat the disease first then you can think about the conception, of course you could be pregnant but with the some risk hope this helps.
