How To Conceive With Irregular Periods, Not Good Follicular Study, Fsh:lh Is 1:1.7?
Hello sir, my wife & we want a baby but she is having irregular cycles . Doc informed that there is Problem in Egg formation. She took Siphene & then HMG injection. FSH & LH RATION in 1:1.7. Her Follicular stdy is not good also.
The cause of irregular periods such as polycystic ovaries, obesity and hypothyroidism should be treated effectively.Hormonal treatment should be continued in the subsequent cycles.FSH LH ratio is about 1:1 meaning the FSH and LH levels in the blood are similar. FSH and LH are often both in the range of about 4-8 in young fertile women. These levels should be evaluated.
Ovulation induction and HMG injection should be continued in the subsequent. The injections typically begin on day 3 of your cycle and should be given at approximately the same time every day, usually between 6:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. Injections are given for about 10-12 days or until you are close to ovulation. HMG acts directly on the ovaries to stimulate the development of eggs.
