Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I have PCOS and at 5ft 1in and 10.5 st, am 2 - 2.5 stone overweight. I am more tired more often than I used to be and migraines, which I get once a month at the start of my period, have become worse. I have a healthy diet and do aerobic exercise 3 times per week. I have been unable to shift any weight for over a year now. I have had borderline thyroid readings before. Do I have a thyroid problem and what should I do?
