Hello, I d like to see if you could help me out. I have a good feeling that I am lactose intolerant. Why? Because I had pizza for lunch today and ate some cheese I didn t like (I don t like cheese) 30 min or so later I ve got pretty bad bloating and pain/pressure. Also, as a child/baby, my mom tried all types of formulas, but she could never get me to drink milk. This has been the case my entire life. I ve tried drinking milk and eating cheese, but I just want to spit it out. The taste is horrible to me. Though, I still try eating yogurt (low fat) and I do sometimes eat ice cream, and don t always notice any issues. Lastly, I do eat pizza, but it s gotta be very thin on top/not thick and with toppings. I know I need calcium intake and I do buy almond/soy/coconut milk sometimes (but it s hard getting myself to drink it) and feel this is a good way to get calcium. That s just a little history, but if you could give me your medical opinion that would be great! -Thank You
