I am 38 yrs old I jus hd tubes untied on april 19 and on I had a period o april30 thru may 4 I had an ovarian cyst to burst on me on the 16 of may. I start spotting on 22e thru 24 after that I haven't seen no period yet. Could I b pregnant my ovulatio days were 5 thru 7 ,d fertie was june2 thru 7 I took test onn 10 it said neg. Wat is going on I feel cramps and boobs ache

Just spotting many times causes a lot of confusion. Please observe your symptoms carefully and get the diagnosis of pregnancy done scientifically.
The symptoms of early pregnancy - in first three months are:
1. Missing a period
2. Nausea and vomiting
3. Frequency of urination
4. Breast Changes -
* Engorgement and tenderness
* Brownish discolouration of nipples and areola. This happens in first pregnancy and is permanent change.
* Increasing the size of areola
* Clear secretions from nipple on squeezing
However, pregnancy is never diagnosed on any of these symptoms. For confirmation of pregnancy, clinical examination is necessary. To support the clinical diagnosis, urine pregnancy test and/or ultrasonography after 8-10 days of missed period is performed. Beta hCG test is highly specific and sensitive which can give reliable results within 2-3 days of missed period.
