How To Confirm Pregnancy?

I just want to thank you for being here and helping all of us. My girlfriend and I have had sex and we used a condom she is 5 days late tomorrow and she thinks she is pregnant. None of our parents can know and we are just lost. We are both 18 and have been together for a while. We are planning to buy a pregnancy test soon and if it is positive we plan on having an abortion as quickly as possible. Do you have any advice for me? We are just feeling very alone and have no where to turn. This could all be for nothing but we aren t sure. Thank you for everything and I loom toward to hearing back from you. Oh and we live in NJ just incase you where wondering.
