How To Control Level Of ESR And Creatinine For 71 Year Old?
Hi Doctor my name is SHAIKH AKIL and I am from Kalyan, Mumbai, my query is about my father he is 71years of age he is suffering from severe low back pain since last 06months after several treatment he is not feeling well.
recently I had done an MRI SCAN and a complete blood and urine test and found that the level of ESR blood test has increased to 105 also creatinine level is 6.8 also as per orthopaedic surgen infection as been detected in his spine.
so please suggest me how the level of ESR, Creatinine may come to his normal range im very much worried.

Hi, i have read your query and according to me there may be tubercular infection so you should go for mx test and elisa for tuberculosis.you should also consult with neuro physician.

Infection of your fathers spine may be tubercular .If it is confirm then antitubercular treatment should be started. ESR will come down. Ask orthopaedic surgeon to confirm. For creatinine you should complete his renal function test and consult a nephrologist. ,
