How To Correct Improperly Healed Broken Ribs (it Feels Twisted) That Makes Breathing Difficult?

I have broke my ribs twice now, the second time, as taking me to a place I could never have imagined. I turn in my sleep trying to get into a more comfortable position, after injuring the rib in the same area, When I heard a snapping sound like wood breaking. I believe I broke and twisted my rib cage. It as healed now but healed in a way, that for the passed year, at times it takes my breath away. As it's knitted back to together in the same way it broke. It's totally turned my life upside down. The sounds my stomach makes is beyond normal. I've tried and tried to tell my doctor, but all I get is it takes times to heal. Yes doctor that's fine but when it's twisted, it's twisted.
In need surgery but where do I turn, I need my life back. Please help

I think we are assuming that you have your ribs broken and if they have healed or not. It will be better to get a CT of the ribs done or an MRI to confirm the damage. And then to decide any step further
