Hello, IgM- Ab tells us that you're in an acute phase of Hepatitis B. It's just a wait and see period while monitoring your aminotransferases level: SGPT, SGOT and bilirubin level at least once a month and follow the same the serology with the hope of passing it without cronicization till six montHS. A specific therapy is not discussed before this period.
