Your problem is not only of
bad breath but it is concerned about you digestion system .
Bad breath may be a problem as old as time. But it doesn't have to ruin your time, as long as you follow some
home remedies before or after your night sleep
Baking soda. Baking soda is a great way to clean your teeth and get fresh breath. For fresher breath, sprinkle some baking soda into your palm, and 3-4 drops of musterd oil mix with your finger and rub gently on your gums . spit and again rub ,give
massage with your finger on gums repeat 3-4 times after meals and before bed time . do gargles & clean your mouth you will feel fresh all day long .
At the same time , take healthy nutritious food includindg more of fiber ,protiein , green leafy veges ,juicy fruits , lemon juice with water 2-3 times a day and lot of water . and make exercise /
yoga / deep breathing part of your regimen to de toxify your system .
Avoid fried fasrt foods tea ,coffee alcohol all toxic foods and
constipation which is cause of all ills
Chewing on the seeds of aromatic spices such as clove, cardamom, or fennel after meals is a common practice in South Asia and the Middle East. The seeds of these spices contain antimicrobial properties that can help halt bad breath
