How To Cure Blocked Ear And Nausea After Been Slapped On Ear?

Hi I'm 17 years old, 79 kgs and 5'10" tall.I had a fight with a friend of mine and then he slapped me hard in the left ear. I can hear okay but it sometimes feels like my ear is blocked and i feel really nauseous at that time. Also, when i block my nose and blow air out, my right ear pops but my left ear(the damaged one) feels like air is rushing out of it really hard. Please tell me what to do and why is this happening.

Your having traumatic eardrum rupture it seems.

Please consult Ent surgeon he will ear examination and endoscopy then he will guide you in right way.
