How To Cure Body Ache?

The past two days I have had severe pain and aches all over my body. Last night It woke me up out of a dead sleep. My body kept jerking but I was fully aware of what was going on. It does not seem to be getting any better. Nothing drastic has changed with my diet or everyday routine.

This could be due to stress or unable to take proper sleep. I would suggest you to take Paracetamol + Orphenadrine Citrate twice a day for 3 days. Try take go to bed early and take proper sleep. If condition does not start improving in 2-3 days then i would suggest you to visit hospital for proper evaluation.
