How To Cure Disability?

my wife is having diabity in 2005 since that she is taking medicines.But is is not under control.She is 5'5" and weight 85 kg age is 45.nowdays she is taking Janumet 50/1000 before meal in morning and evening and reclied 60 after meal in morning and evening and 10 units of Lantus in night.Sugar level is 190-200 fasing.She also taking eltroxin 100 in morning.So pls any body suggest what to do.

I really appreciate your concern for your wife, you have to apply the tight blood sugar rule here, when ever you want to see the blood sugar the random status is the best for more accuracy the post meal blood glucose level is preferable, if she is on insulin then long acting insulin is good for bed time dose and rapid action insulin is good for post meal dose, this is some what very complicated matter one has to learnt this, but not hard, ask her to reduce the calorie diet, keep the regular habit of exercise, and no need to worry her diabetic will come under control soon with the slight changes in dose and timing, hope this information helps you, have nice day.
