How To Cure Itchy Bump On Scrotum That Bleeds On Scratching?

Hi I had an itchy small bump on scrotum, scratched it and it started bleeding profusely. This was 3 weeks ago. I have been putting a bandage on it everyday and have also tried Neosporin. The bleeding is no longer consistent but it seems to be leaking fluid and has developed into a Nodule like lump.

Hi,

Itchy bumps on scrotal skin might be either scabies or prurigo. It may be scrotal dermatitis. You consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis. After thorough examination and investigations,he might conclude some diagnosis. If it is scabies,he might prescribe ivermectol and permethrine cream along with antihistaminic.
If it is scrotal dermatitis or prurigo lesions, he may prescribe steroids in tappering dose,antihistaminics and antibiotics along with cream containing mild steroids and antibiotics. You avoid soap at bath. You take Sitz bath in dettol containing water. You may alright. I hope you got my answer.
