You may be having knee trouble. What is your Age may I ask. Do you kneel to pray everyday, if yes, for how many times and how long each time. You could be having symptoms of mild arthritis. Take T.Paracetamol 1g morning and and night for 7 days. Do you have any other joint pains, fever, back pain.
