How To Cure Patchy Erythema In The Terminal Ileum Causing Abdominal Pain?

I have been diagnosted with mild, patchy Erythema found in the terminal ileum. I am on Bentyl. I have a lot of abdominal pain. Is there a cure or another medication that can alleviate the pain? I have no bowel problems or vomiting. I am having trouble eating because it hurts my abdomen.

I really appreciate your concern, underlying etiology would be matter of concern, some time it could be surgical condition, for the pain it can be managed with Tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen, but it is not the solution, subsides the pain is not cure of disease and it has to be given right treatmentm hope this information helps.
