You are having damage to food pipe and stomach due to excessive smoking. Have you lost weight. Stop smoking and drinking alcohol completely. Avoid spicy food. Eat bland diet with yoghurt, buttermilk, fresh fruits and vegetables.. Drink plenty of water. Mostly biopsy need to be taken from these sites for proper diagnosis of your problem. Since you have RBBB it could mean normal unless heart is damaged by other factors like smoking. Your stomach acidity is high. You will require PPI drugs which will reduce acidity. Follow up with your Doctor for proper diagnosis and management.
